Top Choice Animal Hospital in Long Beach, CA is looking for an experienced veterinary practice manager. Our hospital is a brand-new build-out with a lot of office space including a large team member lounge for our team to relax in. We are looking for manager with at least 2-3 years of veterinary practice management experience.
As a brand-new hospital, we have all new equipment to help support excellent patient care. We have well-trained team members, and we are looking for a leader who can help us grow. An interest in marketing is a plus!
Located in a great area of Long Beach we have excellent clients and have access to all the city has to offer with dining and shopping all around us.
Our full-time practice manager is eligible for the following benefits:
- Annual salary $70,304-$90,000 DOE
- Annual CE allowance

To help with communication, our hospital has monthly team meetings and weekly leadership meetings. Our practice owner really wants a manager who can help lead the practice and implement the changes necessary for success.
