Client Retention

Do your clients trust you?  How can you tell?  Are you taking regular surveys of your clients? Do you track your patients to make sure that Eddie & Jasper are coming back year after year?  Do you track where your new clients are coming from?

Knowing where your clients come from is important to make good marketing decisions for the future.  Also asking clients for their feedback and following up on your inactive clients can really give you perspective on how well you are doing.  Remember, the majority of clients will not tell you if they are unsatisfied, they will just go somewhere else.  Let me help you find and retain your good clients.
