In my August SCVMS Webinar, Gunila is is going to talk about leadership.

In order to create the best conditions for everyone around us, we've got to step into being a leader.

Being a leader means taking responsibility. It means letting the ego aside, and being able to act and make decisions that are in the best interest for everyone.

In this webinar, you'll learn the tools to creating leadership from the inside:

 - How to create the feeling safety for yourself, so you can stay calm and grounded no matter what happens on the outside

 - Being able to take and give feedback without emotional turmoil

 - Admitting you're in the wrong, without feeling YOU are wrong.

 - Not feeling responsible for everyone else's feelings

 - How to stay in active listening, making people feel seen and heard

 - Setting boundaries that feel good, and how to uphold them

Gunila Pedersen studied veterinary medicine at Copenhagen University. She had her own small animal practice in Spain for 10 years (after working with goats, and at a larger clinic on the Costa del Sol), and is now an ER vet in the UK one week a month.

The remaining time she travels, and works as a life coach for burnt out veterinarians. She had to leave vet med for a year due to burn out in 2020, and found coaching.

Seeing the results on herself, she decided to certify with the Life Coach School, and has been coaching since. She has her own Podcast "The Overwhelmed Vet Podcast" and also does workshops in various countries.
