I am very pleased to announce my May South Coast Veterinary Management Solutions Webinar,

'Redefining Performance Reviews with Empathy, Empowerment, and Purpose"

A coaching-informed approach to meaningful growth conversations in veterinary leadership

Traditional performance reviews in veterinary medicine often feel stressful, transactional, and misaligned with the realities of a high-emotion, high-burnout profession.
This webinar invites veterinary leaders to reimagine reviews as intentional growth conversations rather than evaluative checklists.

Drawing from coaching principles, motivational interviewing, and real-world leadership experience, this session explores how empathy, empowerment, and purpose can transform performance reviews into tools that strengthen trust, engagement, and professional development.
