In April's SCVMS webinar, Lucy Nash is going to talk about the importance of educating our team members.
We know that every team member is essential to your team, but are you utilizing them in the best way for your clinic and your patients? Support staff annual turnover exceeds 23%, and often a concern from clients we hear is a lack of consistency.
This webinar explores how continued education and proper utilization of not just your DVMs can directly improve patient care, team engagement, and practice revenue.
Attendees will learn how education fuels utilization, drives engagement, and produces measurable business results, empowering clinics to invest in full team development all year long.
