"The past 3 years of the Pandemic put on a spotlight on staffing issues in the veterinary industry. The veterinary profession is continuing to experience a Workforce crisis even as the pandemic is in our rearview mirror. With everyone competing for a smaller pool of skilled staff members and new veterinary business models popping up in our neighborhoods, how do we retain and hold onto our key staff members and keep them happy?"
