My November SCVMS Webinar is all about change management!

Samantha Millet, BS, CVPM is going to talk about change management in the veterinary industry.  Change management is the process of guiding veterinary teams through new systems, workflows, technologies, and organizational changes while maintaining quality patient care and client satisfaction.

Successful change requires clear communication, staff engagement, effective training, and strong leadership.

This presentation will explore practical strategies for reducing resistance, building team confidence, and creating a culture that embraces continuous improvement. By prioritizing people alongside processes, veterinary practices can navigate change more effectively and achieve lasting success.

Thursday, November 12th at 10 am PST.
